The Arlington House Hotel especially welcomes tourists and commercial travellers.  Our guests are delighted to find that the rooms have just been refurbished to provide comfortable, quality  accommodation and that there is a microwave for guest use.

Due to the hotel's no-key, code based system, guests have complete freedom of time of arrival (provided booking is no later than 9pm if arriving on the same day of booking and we can send the codes to a mobile number or email address).

The hotel is five minutes from the M5, (Cullompton). The main road to Exeter is fast so Exeter is 15-20 mins away. There is also access  to the Streatham Campus end of Exeter via Killerton and the Tiverton Road.  Exeter airport is seven miles away.

Tourists will find that across the road is  National Trust Woodland walk.  Killerton House and gardens are two miles away.  Across the road is an Antique warehouse and nearby is Quad bike World.

The hotel is served by a bus for Exeter and Cullompton,every fiteen minutes  (subject to timetable)  and stops outside. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel.
